Kate joined Walton Way Veterinary Clinic in February 2025, bringing with her over seven years of experience in the veterinary field. Before transitioning into animal care, she studied criminal justice and worked in immigration and customs protection in Los Angeles, California. Her diverse background and deep compassion for animals make her a valuable part of our front desk team.
Kate’s love for animals started early—she’s volunteered at multiple shelters over the years and shares her home with two beloved rescue pets: Cecil, a 4-year-old cat, and Charlie, a 16-year-old dog.
Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find Kate outdoors—kayaking, hiking, or traveling to new destinations, especially if they involve mountains (her favorite place to be).
